What do you mean by the term Self Actualization which is the Rogers basic constituents of the personality?

Self Actualization: Carl Rogers supposed that humans encompass one fundamental motive that is the tendency to self-actualize; that is, to fulfill one's potential and complete the maximum level of 'human-beingness'.  Similar to a flower which will grow to its full potential when the conditions are right, however which is constrained through its environment, therefore people will grow  and reach their potential when their environment is good sufficient.
