Principle of Management are the general guidelines and broad for managerial decision making. They are different from doctrines of science as they agreement with human manners. They are dissimilar from procedures of organisation as practices are method whereas doctrines are strategies to achievement and decision making. Principle of management are different from values which are formed as generally accepted behaviour in society and having moral coordination where-as principles are formed through research having technical nature.
