Panel control displays during runtime

Briefly explain the use of a Panel control? And also state whether it displays during runtime?

The panel acts as the container to group another control. This is an important control, when we want to show/hide the group of controls and reposition the number of the controls concurrently.

When we make a new control during runtime, it works as the container control. As we already know that it is a container control; hence, it is not displayed during runtime.
