Non-monetary incentives are the advantages which are granted to the workers in the different forms, like good working conditions, safety services and health, Canteen Facility, Medical services to the workers and their family members, Loans at decreased rate of interest and so on. With a purpose to attract good workers, keep existing workers, and decrease labor turnover.
