Taking into consideration the nature of problem and the questions mentioned above, the hospital staff and patients would prove to be the best source for obtaining answers and coming up with the reasons resulting in such performance gap and possible solutions for the same. Patients are always more connected with the department and very well recognize the strengths and short comings of it. And Staff members are the best to give valid justifications for such short comings. Besides the above mentioned two sources, media can also be helpful as it will help gain insight into St. Stephens’s hospital and its surrounding environment over a period of time.
