Explain the Hypervisor within the Cloud Computing and also state some of its types?

The hypervisor is the virtual machine monitor (VMM) which manages the resources for virtual machines. The name hypervisor is suggested since it is the supervisory tool for virtual machines. There are majorly two kinds of the hypervisors:

i) Type-1: The guest Vm runs directly upon the host hardware, for example Hyper-V, Xen, VmWare ESXi.

ii) Type-2: The guest Vm runs on the hardware through a host OS, for example: Kvm, Oracle virtualbox.
