Write down the differentiation between Gram negative and Gram positive bacteria based upon its cell contents.

Main dissimilarity is the peptidoglycan layey which is present in gram positive as well as absent in gram negative. This is the reason why most drugs designed to lyse cell wall of bacteria don’t show effect on the gram negative bacteria.
