NTT DoCoMos i-mode refers to the mobile internet (as opposed to wireless internet) service popular in Japan. Unlike, the Wireless Application Protocol or WAP, i-mode includes a wider variety of the internet standards, involving the web access, email and packet switched network which delivers the data. I-mode have access to different services like sports results, email, weather forecast, financial services, games and the ticket booking.
