In terms of computer, the bus also termed as the address bus, data bus, or local bus is the data connection among two or more devices linked to the computer. For example, a bus allows a computer processor to communicate with memory or the video card to communicate with memory.
A bus is capable of being a parallel or the serial bus and all the computers uses two bus types, an internal bus or local bus and an external bus, also known as the expansion bus. An internal bus allows a communication between the internal elements like a computer video card and memory and the external bus is capable of communicating with the external components like a USB or SCSI device.
The voice channel occupies a bandwidth of 4 KHz. Calculate the required bandwidth to multiplex 10 voice channels with guard bands of 500 Hz using FDM.
