Some of the applications of Bluetooth are as follows:

a) Bluetooth is a wireless control of communication between cell phone and a hands free headset or car kit. This is of most accepted use.

b) Wireless networking between PCs in a confined space and where little bandwidth is required.

c) Wireless communications by PC input devices like mouse and keyboards and output devices like printers.

d) Transfer of files between the devices through OBEX.

e) The transfer of contact details, calendar appointments and reminders between devices through OBEX.
