Analyze the personnel that will lead the effort (including their related experience, expertise, and knowledge) and why this team will be the right team to implement the plan and/or lead the enterprise to ensure success. Describe the type of leadership that will or should be found at the organization and how that will impact the organization's culture and success. Discuss challenges that leaders will encounter and how those will be addressed. Additionally, analyze the staffing requirements of the enterprise now and in the future including discussion of details like from where staff will be recruited, how they will be compensated, how they will be or should be trained and managed, and the risks to the enterprise if staffing is changed or appropriate individuals cannot be hired or leave.
