Because the ADR(A) method is applicable in most, if not all, strategic situations, we chose to highlight it in the course. Notwithstanding that fact, there are a variety of other methods used by organizations to achieve intended outcomes. As a result, I am ELATED to share the following opportunity for extra credit that was creatively designed to allow you to express your strategic prowess (bravery in battle):
You have an opportunity to earn up to 60 points by successfully completing this project. However, please note that I will grade it heavily so please prepare and defend your position. The particulars are as follows:
• Identify, Research and Consider the various strategic methods. Share the names and basic premise of at least three Well documented methods. (Include References).
• Select one out of the three methods to Define, and Describe in detail.
• Compare and contrast the chosen method with the ADR(A) method.
• Discuss Expectancy and Valence within the context of the chosen method.
• Define and describe (with rationale) the situations and circumstances in which the chosen method is best used.
Format your assignment according to the following formatting requirements:
1. The answer should be typed, double spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
2. The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the assignment, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
3. Also include a reference page. The Citations and references should follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
