Interview a principal and/or research how school site budgets are calculated in your district.
1. Analyze the budget that your school operated on last school year.
a. Were there any areas where additional funding was necessary?
b. Were there any areas/programs where budget cuts could have been made?
2. Include what your budget priorities would be and how you would spend your discretionary funds if you were the principal.
Format your assignment according to the give formatting requirements:
1. The answer must be double spaced, typed, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
2. The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the assignment, the course title, the student's name, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
