LUC is a public-key cryptosystem made by a group of researchers in New Zealand and Australia. The cipher implements analogs of ElGamal, Diffie-Hellman, and RSA more than Lucas series. LUCELG is the Lucas series analog of ElGamal, whereas LUCDIF and LUCRSA are the Diffie-Hellman and RSA analogs. Lucas sequences employed in the cryptosystem are the common second-order linear recurrence relation.
